The secret of Thai cooking is balance, a balance of spices herbs, roots and leaves, carefully blended to enhance the natural flavours and texture of the main ingredients.
Thai cuisine uses some herbs and spices which are not common in Chinese cooking like Fish sauce, galangal (like ginger), lemon grass, curry leaves (not to be confused with the curry dish or spice blend).
Generally Thai cooking uses less oil in cooking and is a little spicier than Chinese however we can of course cook to your palate, just let us know your preferences when you order.
